VIT Bhopal ensures the best placement for its students. The university has centralised placement system for all VIT campuses through the VIT Career Development Centre, similar to the centralised admission procedure followed for all VIT Campuses. All the companies that visit VIT Vellore also visit VIT Bhopal. The VIT Bhopal PAT cell coordinates with the centralised VIT Career Development Centre and provides training to students to enhance their skills and aptitude.
The placement and training process starts from the freshman year. The training process is personalised for each student. Placement training includes company-specific soft skill training, resume building, vendor-based aptitude, reasoning and coding training, career guidance webinars and mock interviews. The PAT cell works along with the CDC team to refine students’ fundamental subject knowledge and guarantee quality projects. VIT Bhopal has a strong alumni VITAA (VIT Alumni Association) network that provides all-round support to students. The PAT Cell team provides 24×7 support to the students by arranging peer mentoring sessions and mock interviews during the placement session. Student counselling sessions are arranged to assess their mental condition and ensure that no student is left behind.
